Simple, Transparent RatesAt Peace of Mind Pets, you aren't just paying for a walk or a bowl of food; you’re investing in dedicated, 1-to-1 attention and expert safety protocols. My rates are all-inclusive of photo 'pupdates' or 'mewpdates', fresh water, towel-drying for dogs, litter tray care for cats, and lots of individual fuss.Dog Walking 45 mins £22

Twice daily 20 mins £20Bank Holiday visits are charged at a double rate. Please note that I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for walks and a 7-day cancellation policy for cat-sitting visits.

At Peace of Mind Pets, I aim to be as transparent as possible.Here are the core policies that ensure the safety and happiness of your pets:Payment: Invoices are sent [weekly/monthly] and are due by bank transfer within 3 days.Cancellations: I require 24 hours' notice for dog walks and 7 days' notice for cat-sitting visits. Full fees apply if notice is not given within these timeframes.Safety First: For your pets' well-being, walks may be replaced with "Home Enrichment Visits" during extreme weather (e.g., temperatures above 25°C or heavy storms).Health: All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments.Emergency Care: In the event of an emergency, I will attempt to contact you immediately. If unreachable, I am authorised to seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.
